TalksOverDrinks 

Talks Over Drinks is an independent talk show discussing small business, community activism, politics and independent music. Show hosts include Corey “Sage” Fauconier, Markel Prines, Attorney Elwood “Sandy” Sanders.

 

Talks Over Drinks was established to allow people in the community the ability to network and share ideas. The mission of the show is to have a frank and honest conversation with leaders that will improve our community.

 

The original pilot episodes were filmed in January 2016 by Jonathan Scott and JaMaar Hunt of MSB804LLC. Talks Over Drinks has been in its planning stages since then. In 2018 Corey and Markel invited Artheilia and Sandy to join the group.

 

In 2019, the hosts look to expand the Talks Over Drinks brand by continuing to have educational and informative conversations about topics which impact our community

 

Corey Fauconier says, “Toastmasters International has prepared me to do this. I noticed that the media does not allow people to objectively make an educated decision. I want to be that media source that allows the viewer to make his or her own decision even if it is different than mine.”

 

Markel Prines says,” My goal is to deal with the solution rather than dwell on the problems.”
